KICK-START A MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

Sometimes it’s helpful to have a more closely guided meditation experience. Maybe you’re just getting started with your own practice. Maybe you feel stuck in your existing mindfulness routine. Maybe you keep bumping up against energies that seem to block the natural flow of your energy.

A 60-minute Guided Meditation is a great way to outsmart and undercut some of these totally normal mindfulness speed bumps. During a 1:1 Guided Meditation, you will:

  • Embark on a supportive journey personalized to your wellness and energetic goals.

  • Receive feedback about areas in your energetic body where your intuition or your sense of peace and calm are getting stymied.

  • Receive tips for clearing out the areas of energetic congestion and/or taking your practice to the next level.
