Restore the healthy flow of qi for balance and well-being

The smooth, balanced flow of Qi (chi) energy is hugely important to our health. When our energy channels become blocked, Qi can build up in one place and get depleted in another. (Picture water forming a lake behind a dam, leaving the stream below it nearly dry.)

Energy blockages begin as yin energy. At this stage, you probably don’t even pick up on the congestion. But over time, that yin blockage changes to yang energy and manifests as a physical symptom.

As a general rule, blockages show up in a different area from where you notice the pain or symptoms. For example, you might experience pain in your knee, while the actual blockage is in the throat. Further, a blockage is not necessarily a physical illness of the body. To heal, it’s important to find the root of the sickness.

A qigong healing session seeks out and works with the blockages—not the symptoms. During a session, I work with your body’s energy systems to pinpoint blockages. I then use the focused application Qi to calm and ease the blockage. And because the energy system responds to various colors as healing assistants, I also work with the energy of color to balance various organs and systems.

Qigong healing sessions are wonderful for the following issues:

  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Stress on organs (lungs, heart, liver, pancreas, kidneys, stomach)
  • Eye conditions
  • Ear, nose and throat issues
  • Breast issues
  • Low sexual energy and reproductive issues
  • High and low blood sugar
  • Teeth and jaw issues
  • High cholesterol
  • Heart attack
  • Headaches
  • Arthritis
  • Constipation, diarrhea
  • Colds, flu, sinus, fever
