Explore wants, needs, and desires in a safe and non-judgmental setting. This unique course addresses not just food intake but all types of consumption in the context of our relationship to what is “enough.”

4 sessions, 60 minutes each

We’ll cover these conversations on self-worth and self-awareness 4-session course:

  • Mindfulness - Introduction to mindfulness, heartfulness, compassion, nonjudgment. We learn to scan our “inner territory” to uncover the reasons we eat.

  • Hunger - We discuss the hunger-fulness scale, learn a breathing practice, and expand on key points of mindfulness.

  • Mindful Feast – Intention & Attention - We explore wants, needs, and desires. We also share a mindful, meaningful meal.

  • Your Mindful Journey - We embark on a guided journey through the heart’s desire and our intention. We discuss your vision for a life well-lived, where you want to spend your energy, and where you fill find support going forward.

Class materials include worksheets, a meditation journal, and introductory booklet. In addition to in-class practice, you’ll receive exercises you can do outside of class to bring mindfulness into your world in a meaningful way.
