Originating from the Japanese words “rei” (universal), “ki” (energy), and "Ensofic" (the highest form of light), this healing approach encompasses a comprehensive system aimed at restoring balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.
Ensofic Reiki™ honors the principle that all humans have an innate ability to heal ourselves. As a practitioner, I serve as a conduit for this universal life force energy, channelling it through my hands to activate the body's natural healing processes. Compared to mainstream, “condensed” forms of the modality (all of which are beneficial!), Ensofic Reiki harnesses a more potent, focused form of energy, delving deep into the energetic layers of the being to more efficiently address root causes of imbalance.
Ensofic Reiki emphasizes working with the body's energy centers (chakras), as well as the bioenergetic field. By clearing blockages and stagnant energy in these areas, Ensofic Reiki enables vital life force energy to flow freely throughout the entire system. This flow can lead to profound physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, promoting a sense of wholeness and wellbeing.
A single session can offer support for general wellbeing and physical health. To address deeper issues involving emotional or mental challenges, multiple sessions are recommended.
