We all lose touch with ourselves at different moments in our lives. These moments might come about through grief, trauma, or simply milestones that inspire us to take an emotional inventory.

If you've ever looked into a mirror and thought, "Who is this person?" you’re in the right place. In this workshop, you will get to know more about who you are at your core through a combination of guided imagery meditations and question and answer reflections.

We’ll address the following themes through visualization and guided reflection:

  • How I got to where I am today

  • What parts of myself I appreciate

  • Who I want to become

Though the ideas are simple, there’s a lot here to unpack. Doing this work in the context of a safe and mindful setting is very important to the value you can derive from the workshop.
