Gratitude is a very important attribute to develop as part of one’s perspective and approach to living. There are many suggestions for people to practice gratitude, but very few teachings in gratitude.

Gratitude is a parent virtue to the other virtues of kindness, generosity, compassion and forgiveness. The intention of this course is to help you deepen your understanding of this important life perspective.
