Resilient Teams Boot Camp translates the latest research on heart–brain coherence into techniques teams can use on the job in real time, as well as in settings outside the professional realm.

Program format, cadence and group size

This small-group virtual program is designed for cohorts of 4-6 participants and meets 8 times over the course of the defined timeframe. Weekly is the typical cadence, but an every-other-week schedule is also an option.

(Within larger teams, it’s possible to run multiple cohorts concurrently at different meeting times over the course of the 8 sessions.)

Meeting duration per session is 50 minutes.

Investment and minimum requirements

Minimum class size of 4. Attendance is purely at the discretion of all participants registered. Once meeting schedule is agreed upon, please make sure your group is able to attend as no refunds will be issued once a class cycle begins. For reasons of participant confidentiality and HIPAA requirements, live video classes may not be recorded.

Up-front payment of total cohort fee reduces investment by 10%. Monthly invoicable payment options also available. Cohort fee includes:

  • 15-minute 1:1 intake and 15-min exit chat for all participants

  • Access to all electronic class materials

  • Email correspondence during class

  • Access to free, regularly scheduled online meditation sessions even beyond the duration of the class
